CALA Direct Management Services is a subsidiary of Care and Learning Alliance.

Practitioners managed by CALA have the security of this company framework to work within.  All CALA playstaff are employed through CALA Direct Management Services using similar conditions of employment and good practice guidelines.

CALA Direct Management Services works closely with Croner Consultancy to ensure all staff have access to the best advice and up-to-date employment information.
